Patti Haigler joined the CRC team in October 2020 as a Commercial Underwriter with CRC Group’s Baton. Rouge, Louisiana office, where she’s responsible for marketing new and renewal business.
Patti maintains a Property & Casualty License and has amassed more than 35 years of industry experience. She initially joined the insurance field as an Underwriter with Sunbelt Special Risk in 1981. After gaining more than 20 years of expertise in marketing surplus business, Patti transitioned to the retail side, leaving Sunbelt to join Regions Insurance Agency in 2004. Prior to joining CRC Group, Patti invested 9 years as a Regional Marketing Specialist with BXS Insurance where she worked closely with producers and account managers to ensure proper coverages were in place to address each customer’s unique exposures. Known for prompt, insightful customer service, Patti truly enjoys getting to know the agents that depend on her expertise to help them meet client needs.
Patti, and her husband David, call the Baton Rouge area home. Outside the office, Patti enjoys spending time with their children, Blake and Danielle. You’ll also find Patti spoiling their 5 grandchildren, enjoying a day at the beach, or browsing in local shops.
