CRC Group, a leading independent wholesale specialty insurance distributor, today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Newman as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Newman will lead the company's people strategy and oversee the Human Resources division.
Newman brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience helping complex organizations scale through growth, transformation, workforce modernization, and acquisition integration. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Newman will play a key role in advancing CRC Group's talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. She will drive initiatives that further enhance CRC Group's culture and commitment to being a certified Great Place to Work®.

As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the board of directors, she led a global HR organization and helped guide the company through a period of substantial growth, including the successful integration of thousands of employees following acquisitions.
Throughout her career, Newman has led organizations through growth and transformation, advancing talent strategies, modernizing HR operations, and strengthening employee engagement and culture.
