CRC Group, a leading independent wholesale specialty and MGA business, announced the completion of its acquisition of Atrium, a premier managing agency underwriting business at Lloyd's.
Atrium will retain its brand name and operate independently under the leadership of CEO John Fowle and its existing management team.
The acquisition marks a significant step in CRC Group's global expansion strategy, underscoring the Company's commitment to partnering with exceptional specialty businesses that share its values of underwriting excellence and client-first focus.

In 2024, Atrium generated $1.3 billion in gross written premiums and maintains a long-standing reputation for delivering consistent returns to capital providers through disciplined underwriting and operational excellence.
