The new office will be led by Tracey Fallon, who has been named Office President.

Tracey Fallon brings more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in E&S underwriting, binding authority, and commercial risk placement. She joined CRC Group in 2020 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and production capabilities, most recently serving as a Select Underwriting Senior Team Leader in the Charlotte office. Tracey has built and led high-performing teams, grown complex books of business, and earned recognition as a top producer across the CRC Select platform.
