CRC Group, a leading, independent pure-play brokerage and underwriting specialty insurance distributor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Jones as Chief Growth Officer. Jones joins CRC Group from Aon, where he most recently served as EVP for Risk Capital. He has held several senior leadership roles throughout his distinguished career, including CEO of QBE North America and Head of Risk & Broking at WTW.

As Chief Growth Officer, Jones will lead CRC Group's strategic initiatives focused on organic growth with a particular focus on driving strategic alignment with key clients. His appointment marks a significant step in CRC Group's continued investment in talent and future-focused leadership.

During his tenure at Aon, Jones worked collaboratively across the Risk Capital businesses, supporting  teams and clients in the realization of their strategic priorities with an emphasis on growth. His deep industry expertise and client-first approach made him a trusted advisor across the reinsurance and brokerage space.

Jones holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University. He will join the organization in June, reporting directly to CEO Dave Obenauer.
