Agency appointments:

To become a CRC Group producer, please click on the link below and follow the instructions to enter your agency information.

The following information and documents will be needed to complete the onboarding process:

    • Agency's Tax Identification Number
    • Agency's National Producer Number (NPN)
    • Principle Agent's NPN
    • Current copy of the agency's E&O COI or declaration page showing limits of at least $1M aggregate
    • Proof of Cyber Liability coverage
