Sebastian Swain is a Director with CRC’s Professional Executive Services Group, responsible for placing and managing D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Kidnap & Ransom, Cyber & Data Privacy Liability, and (E&O)/Professional Liability for a wide variety of industry classes. He enjoys developing long lasting partnerships with clients and competing to help insureds obtain the best possible product on the market.

Sebastian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 2011, followed by a Master of Accounting degree in 2012. After completing his education, Sebastian joined KPMG’s insurance and banking risk practice in Chicago, facilitating complex projects around regulatory compliance and risk management for large, multinational insurance companies. In 2015 he made the move to Los Angeles to join Hiscox, a leading specialist insurance company, where he took on the responsibility of managing the Cyber and Tech E&O books of business and developing the regional business and marketing plans.

Two years later, Sebastian joined Beazley as a Territory Manager, leading their Private Enterprise team in the West, where he helped to drive revenue growth for their cyber product through better broker education, cyber product innovation, and development of an online cyber quoting platform.

He joined the CRC team in 2019 and leads the cyber practice for the Los Angeles Executive Professional team, bringing exceptional market access, service, risk analysis, and coverage focus to retail insurance partners, endowing them with confidence to outsource professional placements both small and large. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Sebastian’s ability to elevate the customer experience, improve team dynamics, and resolve issues for the benefit of the customer. With a combined 75+ years of Wholesale Brokerage experience and a consistently focused, collaborative approach, Sebastian and the LA ExecPro team work hard to nurture positive business relationships, get to the heart of client needs, and provide world-class service that gets the job done.
