Lee Coleman is a Vice President and Casualty Broker with CRC Group’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, where he strives to find creative solutions for unique Casualty risks throughout the U.S. He specializes in Excess/Umbrella, Real Estate, Construction, Liquor Liability, and tough-to-place products.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Risk Management and Insurance from East Carolina University before joining Burns & Wilcox as a Commercial Lines Broker in 2014. He also obtained licensing as a Property, Casualty, and Surplus Lines Insurance producer in 2015. Lee’s relentless work ethic, commitment to outstanding service, and willingness to tackle tough challenges enabled him to develop a profitable book of business in less than 3 years. Eager to build on his growing experience, Lee went on to obtain his Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) designation in 2018 before becoming part of the CRC team in 2019. Known for his hustle, deep expertise, and highly responsive service, Lee truly enjoys collaborating with others to solve complex problems and building strong relationships with agents, brokers, and carrier partners.
Lee calls the Charlotte area home. Outside the office, you’ll often find Lee enjoying a hike, working out, or bowling with friends.
