Michele Carter joined the CRC team in January 2020 as an Associate Team Lead with the Little Rock, Arkansas office where she's responsible for helping the team successfully quote and bind new and renewal business.
Michele initially joined the insurance industry in 2997 as a Policy Typist with Burns & Wilcox. She steadily worked her way up, taking on more challenging roles as she gained expertise. Most recently, Michele served as the Technical Services Supervisor and Operations Manager for the Little Rock office. Michele is known for tackling difficult problems head on, providing exceptional customer service, and doing anything she can to help customers win. Her diligent effort to support colleagues and clients sets Michele apart, earning her the honor of a Distinguished Service Award.
Michele, her husband Mark, and two daughters, Megan and Hailey, live in the Rock Area. As true animal lovers, you'll often find them spending time with their 4 beloved dogs and other pets. Michele also enjoys spending time camping, reading, and unraveling the mystery in true crime podcasts.
