Ben Wright joined the CRC team in February 2020 as a Senior Casualty Broker and Vice President with the Houston, Texas office where he focuses on liability placements in the energy, construction, and industrial service sectors.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Marshall University before beginning his insurance career as a Commercial Broker with Burns & Wilcox in 2009. He was promoted to the position of Commercial Lines Brokerage Manager in 2015 and was selected to participate in the Kaufman Emerging Leaders Program as well as the Kaufman Advanced Management Program. In 2016, Ben transitioned to serve as a Casualty Broker and Vice President with RT Specialty.
Known for a dedicated work ethic, deep industry knowledge, and responsive collaboration with both clients and colleagues, Ben appreciates that every day in the wholesale world has something different to offer. He enjoys learning about the unique needs of diverse industries, businesses, and trades as he strives to find solutions for tough-to-place risks.
Ben, his wife Mallorie, and beloved Yorkie, Daxi, call the Houston Heights area home.
