McCulle joined CRC in 2018 as an intern, quickly discovering his passion for the wholesale insurance industry. Following the completion of his internship, he received an offer to work with the CRC-Dallas Binding operation while concurrently pursuing studies at the University of North Texas.
Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence, he later moved to CRC’s Connecticut office, where McCulle played a pivotal role in leading the ExecPro division. His strategic vision and fervor for financial lines significantly contributed to the enhancement of the suite of products offered by the property and casualty team, ensuring unparalleled value for clients.
In 2022, McCulle returned to his hometown of Dallas, smoothly transitioning to a role within the brokerage team. He eagerly embraced the opportunity to broaden his knowledge and collaborate with a diverse team, leveraging collective expertise to drive success for CRC’s retail partners. McCulle serves as an embodiment of innovation, client-centricity, and professional growth.
