LaDonna Hansen joined the CRC team in June 2020 as Vice President and Senior Team Leader with CRC Group’s Indianapolis, Indiana office, where she’s responsible for helping to grow the Upper Midwest Region by bringing forward industry knowledge, relationships, and production.
Prior to joining CRC Group, LaDonna served as a Commercial Lines Underwriter and Broker with Arlington/Roe where she specialized in both the binding and light brokerage realms while mentoring producers and assistants across 4 states. Before transitioning to Arlington/Roe, LaDonna invested 6 years with TKG Wholesale Brokerage as an Assistant Vice President in the Small Business Division. She has also gained valuable experience in the areas of P&C underwriting and insurance marketing.
LaDonna truly enjoys building industry relationships, collaborating with teammates, and partnering with carriers to find risk solutions. Known for her extensive industry knowledge, adaptability, and a gift for mentorship, LaDonna is a trusted resource for teaching and developing the strengths and abilities of others. Committed to life-long learning, LaDonna is currently pursuing a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
While LaDonna loves what she does, she’s most proud of raising her son, Justin, to be a good man who works hard and loves his family. LaDonna and her husband Kurt live in the Branson, Missouri area where she volunteers with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a national association that supports and promotes court-appointed advocates for abused or neglected children. She also loves traveling with Kurt, scuba diving, attending St. Louis Blues or Cardinal games, and spending time with family and friends.
