Tony Armor joined the CRC team in June 2020 as a Vice President and Senior Team Leader with CRC Group’s Indianapolis, Indiana office where he calls on more than 20 years of industry experience to establish and cultivate strong carrier and agent partnerships.

Tony’s insurance career began in 1994 when he took on the role of Director of Human Resources for a family-owned MGA. In 1999, Tony joined Roush Insurance Services where he continued to hone his skills in marketing and underwriting as a Commercial Underwriter. After 20 years with Roush, he transitioned to Selective Insurance, serving as a Senior Commercial Underwriter for the Minnesota Territory.

Tony has held a P&C license since 1998 and is dedicated to helping agents find top-quality solutions that meet their clients’ coverage needs. He’s known for the ability to perform under pressure, a willingness to work with anyone, and consistently leading by example. Across his career, Tony has served as a member of the Young Agents Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana (IIAI). He also contributed toward his agency’s recognition by the Professional Insurance Agents of Indiana (PIA) as their 2015 Company of the Year. Tony looks forward to continuing to support his CRC team and mentoring newcomers to the field over many more years in the industry. 

Tony and his wife, Pam, call the Indianapolis area home. They are proud of raising two wonderful children and enjoy spending time surrounded by family and friends. As an avid golfer, you’re also likely to find Tony enjoying an afternoon out on the golf course.
