Cal Rogers

Cal Rogers joined the CRC team in July 2020 as a Senior Team Leader for Property & Casualty Binding with CRC Group’s Indianapolis, Indiana office, where he’s responsible for cultivating the kind of strong industry relationships that will continue to build the CRC brand across the Midwest region.

Cal’s insurance career began when he started working as a claims adjuster/examiner for a local Property and Casualty company more than 25 years ago. He quickly transitioned to the E&S side of the industry, and for the last 20 years Cal has focused on P&C binding and middle market brokerage. Cal has gained deep insight into what agents need and truly enjoys building positive relationships as he helps them solve complex problems and find the unique coverage each client requires. He currently maintains a Missouri P&C license and is pursuing designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
