Destinie Kindle-Palmer joined the CRC team in June 2020 as an Associate Team Leader with CRC Group’s Fort Worth, Texas office where she’s responsible for marketing and quoting new business.
Destinie brings more than a decade of experience to the role and carries a Certified Insurance Professional of Texas (CIPT) designation. She initially joined the insurance industry as a Policy Processor in 2006. As Destinie grew in experience, she took on the responsibility of handling endorsements, processing audits, and eventually began quoting renewal business. Before transitioning to CRC, Destinie invested almost 15 years with Specialty Insurance Managers, Inc., most recently serving as an Associate Underwriter.
Destinie truly enjoys the variety offered by the insurance field. There is always a new problem to solve, risk to place, or person to help. Known for a sense of urgency, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile, Destinie was recognized as the Tarrant County Insurance Professional’s 2019 Member of the Year. Committed to excellence in the industry and giving back to her local community, Destinie also serves as President of the Tarrant County Insurance Professionals (TCIP), President of the Waples Community Center, and participates on several committees for the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas. Outside the office, you’ll often find her partnering with these organizations to feed the hungry, volunteering time to animal shelters, or leading food, clothing or school supply drives to assist those in need.
Destinie, her husband Brian, and two children call the Fort Worth area home. As a family of animal lovers, they enjoy spending time playing with, and spoiling, their Frenchie and three beloved Bulldogs.
