Diana Chang

Diana Chang is a Broker Assistant with CRC Group’s Stratis Property Team, where she’s responsible for supporting brokers and team members as they strive to grow and maintain a thriving book of business. 

Prior to transferring to CRC’s Stratis team, Diana served as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with TAPCO. With more than 10 years in the industry, she has gained valuable experience providing professional services across many different aspects of the field. Striving to grow in expertise, she has also earned both Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) designations. Diana enjoys learning something new every day and being part of a professional team that is deeply passionate about helping clients find solutions. Known for her dedicated work ethic, organization, and attention to detail, team members and partners depend on Diana’s commitment to excellence and competitive spirit to help them overcome challenges and meet client needs. 

Diana, and her husband, call the New York area home. Outside the office, you’ll often find Diana in the kitchen recreating the many wonderful meals she enjoyed growing up. They also enjoy visiting local restaurants to explore new flavors from all over the world.
