Sara Coker

Sara Coker joined the CRC team in October 2020 and serves as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with CRC Group’s Shreveport, Louisiana office.

Sara’s insurance career began in 1993 when she joined her father’s insurance company, Acadiana Special Risks. She obtained her producer license in 2005 and has also earned designation as a Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR). After amassing 25 years of experience, Sara transitioned to join Specialty Risk Associates when her father retired in 2018. She has also served as the Treasurer of Acadiana’s Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) chapter for more than 10 years and was honored with their 2019 President’s Award. 

Sara, and her husband Phil, make their home in the Lafayette area, where they enjoy spending time with their children and granddaughter.
