Heather Kelley

Heather Kelley joined the CRC team in January 2022 as an Underwriting Team Leader with CRC Group’s Charlotte, North Carolina office where she’s responsible for helping to expand CRC’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Heather’s insurance career began in 2003 when she joined GEICO as an International Auto Insurance Underwriter providing coverage to military members, government employees, and expatriates located in more than 100 countries. After 5 years, she transitioned into the role of High-Value Home Underwriter, where she gained another 4 years of experience with GEICO. In 2014, Heather went on to join Atlantic Specialty (RT Specialty) as a Senior Underwriter. Known for her tireless work ethic, deep product knowledge, and dedicated customer service to clients across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S., Heather played a key role in building the largest book of business in the history of the Atlantic Specialty Richmond, Virginia office. She truly enjoys helping clients find solutions for complex risks and nurturing positive industry relationships with carriers and agents.

Heather and her family make their home in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Outside the office, you’ll often find her soaking up time with family and friends or enjoying a day of boating.
