Clay draws on more than 15 years of industry experience to deliver creative, customized solutions for his clients. Known for his strengths in complex problem-solving, negotiation, and building client-carrier relationships, Clay fosters lasting partnerships through his collaborative approach.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College and an MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. A dedicated industry leader, Clay has served on the steering and executive committees of the PLUS Southeast Chapter. He is also an active community member, serving on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Alabama and previously holding leadership roles with the Phoenix Club of Birmingham. Clay lives in Birmingham with his wife, Corie, their two children, and their dog, Leo.
