Dixie Noel leads Business Development for CRC Group’s San Francisco Financial Services Team. She is a Senior Broker with more than 25+ years of dedicated D&O experience working on Public, Private, FI, and Fintech business inclusive of emerging industries like cannabis.

Dixie has been recognized as an industry leader unafraid of facing challenges and capable of finding solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. She has been a key part of the SF Financial Services team since joining in 2002. Prior to joining CRC Group, Dixie was an Underwriter with AIG / National Union during the dot.com boom, where she gained insightful knowledge underwriting IPOs, and private D&O for tech companies.

She is dedicated to supporting women in insurance and mentoring younger people coming into the industry. One of her greatest joys at work is helping others achieve success and watching them grow into successful, confident brokers and producers.  She’s a proud member of CRC’s Next Gen Leadership Group and was recognized by her peers as CRC’s 2021 Woman to Watch. 

Dixie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Outside of work, Dixie enjoys making pottery, skiing, fly fishing, and indulging in her new hobby, pickleball. When she isn’t working, you will find her doing something active with her husband and two sons. Dixie resides in Hood River, OR.
