Unknown to most, Mary began her insurance career in Commercial Lines in 2003 - learning the fine art of “old school” manual rating, reading company underwriting manuals, and comparing policy forms. She quickly jumped at the opportunity to learn Personal Lines and never looked back! Over the past 20 years, she has built out technology systems, implemented online quoting functionalities, designed websites, wrote corporate brochures, oversaw social media activity, attended national conventions, managed teams, negotiated carrier contracts, and so much more! Mary is proficient in brokerage and binding authority operations, risk assessment techniques, and applicable insurance laws. Her performance has always been highly sales-driven as well as customer service-oriented.
