McKenzie Gaglianese is an AVP & Broker with CRC Group’s San Francisco office where she handles new business and renewals for Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary, and Crime coverages.

McKenzie began her insurance carrier in 2012 as a Personal Lines TA with the MGA, Hull & Co. She quickly advanced beyond the Technical Assistant role to become a Commercial Lines Broker handling Property & Casualty as well as Professional Liability. McKenzie fell in love with the Professional Liability lines and was sought out by The Hanover Insurance Group (THG). She joined THG in 2015, where she invested 7 years in underwriting within the standard market, handling accounts from $500K – $10M in limits. By the time McKenzie left THG, she was managing the top high-risk, complex renewals on their book. Just prior to joining Team CRC in 2023, McKenzie gained a year of experience with AlphaRoot, a retailer specializing in the Cannabis/CBD/Hemp space. Known for strong communication, organization, and strategic planning skills, McKenzie enjoys meeting new people and building lasting professional relationships.

McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from East Carolina University. A history-lover, she takes every opportunity available to travel to other parts of the world and learn about the different cultures and ways of life around the globe. She also enjoys quilting and spending time outdoors camping, rafting, hiking, or skiing. McKenzie, her fiancé Braden, and two sweet Goldendoodles (Maggie & Marley) make their home in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
