Masen Lay

Masen Lay is an Associate Team Leader with CRC Group’s Tampa, FL office.

Prior to joining Team CRC in July 2023, Masen worked with the Brier Grieves Agency where she focused on Personal Lines before interning with McKee Insurance Agency in Tallahassee to gain Commercial Lines experience. Known as an approachable and trustworthy partner, Masen appreciates being part of a team that feels like family. When a challenge arises, she enjoys collaborating with colleagues to meet it head on and ensure retail agency clients benefit from the best possible coverage.

Masen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University. Outside the office, she enjoys fitting in a good workout and going to the beach.
