Alex Ortmann is a Senior Associate Broker specializing in commercial Middle Market Property & Casualty insurance. She is known for her relationship-driven approach, strong market expertise, and ability to deliver thoughtful risk solutions for clients across a range of industries. Her clients and colleagues value her strategic communication, dependable follow-through, and commitment to exceptional service.

With experience across account management, underwriting support, and market development, Alex works closely with carrier partners, retail brokers, and internal teams to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and support middle market commercial accounts. She is also preparing to join CRC’s Launch Program, a 2.5-year development program designed to train, cultivate, & fast-track emerging CRC producers, where she will learn additional technical insurance knowledge, sales training & professional development.

Alex holds a California Property & Casualty Broker License and is actively working toward obtaining her CPCU Insurance designation as well. Outside of work, she is passionate about tennis, skiing, networking, and being a mom to her teenaged son.
