Mike Padula is the Program President of Starwind Environmental.  Hs an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience and has held diverse roles across environmental consulting, claims, and underwriting.  Prior to his arrival at Starwind, Mike served as the head of U.S. environmental operations at a leading specialty insurance and reinsurance firm. His unique background, blending claims insight, technical consulting, and underwriting, equips him to craft tailored programs and products that will support Starwind's trading partners.
