Paul joined CRC in November 2025 after years of leadership at MacDuff Underwriters, All Risks, and RT Specialty, where he ultimately served as Executive Vice President. Throughout his career, he has helped teams grow professionally and financially, earning recognition for consistent performance, including the Largest Single Revenue Account of the Year, Most Consecutive Months on Budget, MVP awards, Presidents Club, and designation as a 2024 Top Specialist Broker by Insurance Business America.
Paul earned his BS degree from Emory & Henry University, where he was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame for his achievements in baseball. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him surfing, golfing, fishing, playing pickleball, biking, or out on the water with his family-his wife, Ashley, his daughter, Heidi, and their Australian Labradoodle, Ethel.
