ABOUT KEITH

Keith Richardson is a Senior Vice President and Casualty Broker with CRC Specialty’s Houston, TX office, where he co-leads top-performing casualty team, HTX Casualty, alongside Rebecca Khajeh and Greg Zschiesche. 

With 16 years in the insurance industry, including 14 at CRC, Keith is recognized for his competitive drive, collaborative leadership style, and ability to negotiate complex placements. He began his career in personal lines sales with Liberty Mutual before moving into wholesale brokerage, where he thrives on the challenge of delivering results for clients while fostering team success.

A graduate with a major in General Business and a minor in Management Information Systems, Keith is committed to excellence both in the workplace and at home. He takes pride in leading one of CRC’s top casualty teams while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Outside the office, Keith enjoys hunting, skiing, golf, travel, and family time with his wife, Cassie, and their two daughters, Elle and Quinn.
