ABOUT CONNOR

Connor Callaway is a Broker with CRC Specialty in Dallas, focused on property and casualty solutions across a range of industries. Prior to joining CRC, Connor worked in wholesale brokerage, where he focused on construction, energy, and environmental risks. He enjoys the constantly evolving nature of the insurance industry and the opportunity it provides to continue learning while helping address complex risks. Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and critical thinking, Connor brings a thoughtful approach to supporting clients and teammates.
Connor graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in Marketing and Business Management. Outside of work, he is an avid Oklahoma State football fan and season-ticket holder, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Skylar.
