Mandy Stieferman is a Broker Assistant with CRC Group. Her days are packed with responsibilities that keep team workflow on track such as completing new business clearances and account set up, pulling loss runs, assisting with marketing new/renewal business, creating processing and invoicing binders, endorsements, and policies, managing correspondence with agents and underwriters, and ensuring all accounts meet state regulatory guidelines.
Mandy has 19 years of insurance industry experience and has been a valuable member of our team for 4 years. Prior to joining CRC group, Mandy worked as a Commercial Service Representative with Brightway Insurance in Jacksonville, Florida. Mandy is known for thinking outside the box to provide creative solutions to complex problems and is always willing to jump in and help to make sure a promise made to a client is a promise kept.Mandy, her husband Joe, and their two daughters (Jane and Jill), live in Macon, Georgia. Jane followed her father’s footsteps, and recently joined the 111th infantry division in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Jill is a high school student and plans to join the military and become a Biomedical Engineer. Mandy treasures time with my family and enjoys taking cruises to visit new destinations. You’ll also find her baking, taking on craft projects (especially during the holidays), or volunteering in her community or at the local military installation.
