Rommel Mayuga is a Team Leader and Professional Lines Broker with CRC Group’s Chicago office where he specializes in FI and Complex Real Estate.
Since joining Team CRC in 2003, Rommel has remained laser-focused on providing the best consultative service, strategy, and insurance advice in the wholesale industry. Prior to his tenure with CRC, he worked with a hedge fund and sold securities for a security broker dealer. Known for a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to see a situation from all perspectives, Team Mayuga earned recognition as the 2020 and 2023 ExecPro Brokerage Team of the Year. Taking a comprehensive view sets Rommel and his team apart when designing programs and solutions for retail clients. Dedicated to mentoring, coaching, and scaling the team to meet client needs, Rommel loves working in an industry that constantly presents new challenges and leaves no room for complacency.
While Rommel is proud of cultivating a thriving professional career, he’s most proud of the life and family he’s built with his wife Lindsay, and young daughter, Birdie.
