ABOUT PHILIP

Phil Adams is the Florida Regional Director for CRC Binding and President of the CRC Orlando office. He supervises daily operations for the Orlando office and collaborates with offices in Boca Raton, Tampa, and Miami to expand CRC's client base, strengthen partner relationships, and foster an environment of team success and continuous professional growth.

Phil joined the CRC team in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of insurance experience and expertise gained over more than 25 years in the industry. He has earned certification as an insurance counselor (CIC) as well as a risk manager (CRM) and holds FL 2-20 and 1-20 licenses.

Phil is also deeply invested in helping others to excel within the insurance industry, and enjoys mentoring team members as they develop and succeed in new ways. The insurance industry has been good to him, and as a gifted mentor, Phil hopes to continue to focus on introducing new brokers to the business and helping the CRC team grow.
