Intent:	Buy down unmerciful percentage deductibles or unforgiving flat dollar deductibles to a tolerable amount. Our rates are designed to reduce wind/hail deductible retention at a price your customer can tolerate. Our program allows for percentage deductibles to be bought down to a lesser percentage, down to a flat dollar amount, or from a flat dollar amount down to a lower amount. Our minimum attachment point is $5,000 for Commercial & $2,500 for Personal Lines.
Example:	2% down to 1%, or 2% down to 5k, or $100k down to $25k. Our program will respond over ANY market whether admitted or non-admitted. Commercial risks or Personal Lines, it is available. This has been a widely successful program for our office. The service and professionalism you receive will not disappoint.
Minimum Premium:	$250 for Personal Lines $750 for Commercial Lines
