Paige Gibson joined the CRC team in October 2019 as Underwriting Team Lead for CRC Group's Charlotte, North Carolina office, where she's responsible for developing and nurturing partner relationships in the Carolinas through marketing, industry expertise, and efficient servicing.
Paige earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus in Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Services from East Carolina University before beginning her insurance career as a Personal Lines Underwriter with Burns & Wilcox in 2013. Striving to grow in expertise, Paige went on to complete the Kaufman Emerging Leaders Program in 2016. She also obtained a Property & Casualty license in 2014, a Surplus Lines license in 2019, and is currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Her tireless work ethic, determined problem solving, and positive outlook enabled her to build a solid book of business earning more than $1M in premium in less than 3 years and earned Paige a promotion to the position of Underwriting Manager for Burns & Wilcox's Charlotte Personal Lines Team. She looks forward to helping CRC's Charlotte team grow as they put clients first, offering the best underwriting, brokers, and market access to clients across the Carolinas.
Paige enjoys exploring Charlotte with her beloved dog Edison, attending concerts, and volunteering in her local community.
