Allison Young joined the CRC team in March 2021 as an Associate Casualty Broker with CRC Group’s Dallas Tollway office where she specializes in providing insurance solutions for construction, manufacturing, processing, energy, and cannabis industry clients.
Allison earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Professional Sales from the University of Toledo before becoming a Midwest Territory Manager with Enerpac. Responsible for covering multiple states, she gained valuable experience working with oil & gas, steel, power generation, automotive, construction and manufacturing clients while managing the distribution of high-pressure hydraulic equipment throughout the Utica Shale. During her tenure with Enerpac, Allison also served as the Marketing Chair for the Women of Enerpac, the company’s first affinity group created to support the professional development of female industry leaders.
Known for her ability to get things done and meet client expectations, Allison truly enjoys integrating her extensive experience in controlled bolting and high-pressure hydraulics with insurance knowledge to offer the best possible solution to every agent, every time.
