ABOUT JOSHUA

Josh joined CRC in January 2022. After graduating University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2015, he spent almost two years working for a premier insurance carrier in New York, underwriting New York construction, energy, and railroad general liability business. He moved to California in 2016 and spent the next four and a half years underwriting primary and excess casualty risks in the Excess and Surplus space. He specializes in construction including CIP programs, project-specific policies and annual practice policies. He also has experience working on energy risks, products, habitational, and other OL&T risks.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Supported by a core team of 15 construction experts averaging over a decade of experience, the team currently places in excess of $230,000,000 annual premium in to the Casualty surplus lines marketplace; with 2,280+ accounts written. With a niche for individual or rolling CIP placements, and a variety of project specific or owners’ interest needs, the Aldrich team has substantial relationships with every meaningful construction market. In 2023, the team wrote project and WRAP policies encompassing more than $12B of construction values throughout the United States.
