ABOUT SAM

Sam joined CRC in 2024 after working with a large retail broker for seven years focusing on medium and large national construction accounts, and three prior years with another wholesale broker. Sam graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance. As an outside broker, Sam focuses on building relationships with our retail partners to help them win and retain clients.

Supported by a core team of 15 construction experts averaging over a decade of experience, the team currently places in excess of $230,000,000 annual premium in to the Casualty surplus lines marketplace; with 2,280+ accounts written. With a niche for individual or rolling CIP placements, and a variety of project specific or owners’ interest needs, the Aldrich team has substantial relationships with every meaningful construction market. In 2023, the team wrote project and WRAP policies encompassing more than $12B of construction values throughout the United States.
