ABOUT CALLIE

Callie Schmit is an Associate Team Leader with CRC Group’s Charlotte, NC office.

Callie earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Butler University in 2018 before launching her insurance career in commercial lines underwriting with Arlington/Roe. After 2.5 years, Callie transitioned to join Team CRC as an Associate Team Leader in March 2021. Known for grace under pressure, organization, and attention to detail, Callie enjoys the competitive nature of the industry, building strong relationships, and helping the team’s book of business grow.

Callie holds a CPCU designation and is the Marketing Chairperson for the Charlotte Young Risk Professionals (YRP) chapter. In her free time, you’ll often find Callie playing tennis and pickleball or creating music.
