Will Smythe is an Associate Broker with CRC Group's Chicago office where he enjoys being part of a strong, collaborative team. A recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in finance, Will initially began his career with CRC as an intern in the Scottsdale office. 

Will's determination and drive are evident in his accomplishments. He graduated college in just three years with high honors while also managing the demands of being a student-athlete. His proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset position him well for success within the wholesale insurance industry.
