Lindsey brings five years of experience in professional lines within the insurance industry. She joined CRC in Nashville in May 2022 and advanced from account executive to senior account executive before stepping into her current role as associate broker. She holds a Tennessee Property & Casualty license and approaches her work with a commitment to continuous learning, optimism, and long-term relationship building—driving her to show up every day with purpose, momentum, and a genuine passion for elevating her clients and her team.

Lindsey Tredway serves as an Associate Broker on CRC Specialty’s NashPro team, specializing in professional liability lines. She builds and sustains strong partnerships with retail agents and carrier partners, supports both new and renewal placements, and negotiates competitive terms and coverage solutions.
