Alexandra Ross joined the CRC team in November 2019 as an Account Executive with the Denver, Colorado office, where she's responsible for securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining CRC, she was at Burns & Wilcox as an Assistant Underwriter II where she was responsible for underwriting new and renewal business and began to develop a clear affinity for the industry. After spending almost 10 years in the hospitality industry, and becoming a Guild-Somm Certified Sommelier with the Court of Masters, Alexandra embraced the opportunity to step into the insurance industry. She's proud of what she has accomplished so far and looks forward to continuing to grow in experience and expertise.

Alexandra's background in hospitality, and education in the behavioral sciences, have gifted her with the interpersonal skills to provide excellent service to clients and the ability to look at things from multiple perspectives without bias. She loves the surprise each day brings as it puts her knowledge to the test - requiring Alexandra to think outside the box. She deeply values the relationships she has developed and enjoys staying up to date on current trends, carrier appetites, and product lines, putting it all to the service of clients. She is known as a quick learner, able to adapt to changing needs and processes, and pay attention to the details that can make or break a deal. 

Alexandra, her husband Chase, and beloved dog Lily, live in the Denver area. She enjoys spending time with family, and you'll often find them snowboarding or hiking in the mountains. Chase is an Executive Chef, and they enjoy traveling together to explore new cuisines and cultures around the globe.
