Emily Ferchill joined the CRC team in December 2019 as a Broker with the Fort Worth office where she’s responsible for bringing in new business, nurturing strong agent and carrier relationships, and providing top notch service and unparalleled market expertise.

Emily earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of North Texas while serving as an Account Manager with State Farm Insurance. After 10 years with State Farm, Emily transitioned to the E&S side of the business in 2012, becoming a Commercial Lines Broker with Burns & Wilcox where she regularly met or exceeded team goals while providing world-class service to partners and colleagues. Her Burns & Wilcox team achieved Million Dollar Club status for three consecutive years (2016 – 2018) and was consistently ranked 1st or 2nd in the Dallas office. Committed to growing in expertise, Emily has earned an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation, is a Registered Landman with the American Association of Professional Landmen, and has gained valuable experience in the area of oil, gas, and mineral exploration.

Emily is known for her deep industry knowledge and exceptional customer service. She truly enjoys making the most of trustworthy partnerships to deliver high quality Commercial E&S products and expertise to agents. Looking to the future, Emily and her team will be working hard to become the largest and most trusted specialty insurer in the Fort Worth area.
