Erika Dwyer

Erika Dwyer joined the CRC team in September 2020 as an Underwriting Team Leader with CRC Group’s Orlando, Florida office, where she’s responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with agents and carriers as well as evaluating, classifying, and rating risks to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing.

Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Science from Auburn University before beginning her insurance career as a Brokerage Underwriter with All Risks, Ltd. in 2014. During her tenure with All Risks, Erika earned designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and an Associate in Underwriting (AU) as well as her general 2-20 insurance license. Known for staying organized and providing highly efficient, well informed service, Erika is truly passionate about gaining insurance expertise so that partners can depend on her to provide insight on a wide variety of coverages and forms.

Erika, her husband James, daughter Harper and son, Wells call the Orlando area home. Outside the office, you’ll often find Erika enjoying family time at New Smyrna Beach, cheering on the Auburn Tigers football team, or playing with their two beloved English Golden Retrievers, Blue and Piper.
