Scott Cremens

Scott Cremens joined the CRC team in November 2020 as a Sales Director with Hanleigh Special Risk’s Hartford, Connecticut office, where he’s responsible for assisting independent agents and brokers in designing solutions that meet client income protection needs.

After proudly serving 5 years in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst and graduating from the United States Army Intelligence Center and School, Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Worcester State University before beginning his insurance career as a Disability Income Sales Consultant with MassMutual Financial Group in 2000. After 5 years with MassMutual, Scott spent almost 9 years as Manager of Ameritas’ Regional Life & DI Center in Simsbury, Connecticut before becoming Director of Business Development with Infoshred in 2014. In 2019, Scott took on the challenging role of Regional Brokerage Manager for Disability Insurance Services’ Hartford, Connecticut team.

Scott truly loves being the go-to team member that people seek out to troubleshoot issues and help solve complex problems. Passionate about disability insurance and income protection in general, Scott is known for his deep industry knowledge, reliability, tireless work ethic, and ability to collaborate with agents and brokers at all knowledge levels. Scott’s proud of carving out a spot as a very knowledgeable DI expert, and looks forward to growing the business as part of Hanleigh’s high-performing team.
