Monique Gioe joined the CRC team in January 2021 as a Team Leader with CRC Group’s Metairie, Louisiana office, where she’s responsible for building a profitable book of business and developing a thriving, collaborative team.

Monique brings more than 15 years of industry experience on both the retail and carrier sides of the business to her role. Before joining the CRC team, she served as a Management Liability Underwriter for Travelers Insurance Company and as a Commercial Account Executive with IUL Risk Solutions. Committed to excellence in her field, Monique has obtained a Certified Risk Architect (CRA) designation and is currently pursuing designation as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Known for her strong communication skills, team-based approach, and exceptional customer service, agents and partners alike appreciate Monique’s ability to help everyone win. She truly enjoys the process of building strong industry relationships and a successful team that knows how to overcome challenges.

Monique, her husband Matt, and 4 children call the Mandeville area home. While she’s proud of building a successful insurance career, Monique’s also proud of being a mom to Charlotte, Stella, Roman, and River. Outside the office, Monique enjoys spending time outdoors, attending concerts and festivals, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, and interior decorating. She also gives back to her community by volunteering with Operation Christmas Child every year.
