Brittney Dawson joined the CRC team in November 2021 as a Vice President and Director of Agency Distribution for Specialty Programs. She specializes in building relationships with top agency distribution partners, identifying business growth opportunities, and aligning agency partners with internal team members to develop long-term solutions for program business.
Brittney earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Sales from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah before joining The Leavitt Group, an independent agency, as a Commercial Lines Producer in 2006. After 8 successful years in that role, she joined CNA as a Field Sales Specialist, focusing on growing small business accounts across Utah, Nevada, and Colorado. Recognized as a 2019 “High Altitude Achiever,” Brittney was the first Field Sales Specialist to be promoted to the role of Senior Field Sales Specialist, and in 2020 she was recognized as the # 1 field representative in the country after achieving 167% to plan. Soon after, she was promoted to the position of Sales Director and took on the challenge of supervising 5 Field Sales Specialists across a 7-state territory in the West, ultimately finishing 2020 as the #1 sales team in the nation. Known as an insightful collaborator and trustworthy partner capable of overcoming obstacles, Brittney truly enjoys helping people by nurturing strong relationships and creating solutions that solve client problems.
While Brittney is proud of building a strong career in an industry she loves, she’s most proud of raising two wonderful children, son Jaydon and daughter Kyla, with her husband, Trent. They make their home in the Salt Lake City area where you’ll often find them enjoying time with family and friends or exploring the outdoors with their beloved dogs, Sadie and Ivie.
