Joe Crosby is a Senior Team Leader with CRC Group’s Indianapolis office where he leverages industry knowledge to market and underwrite a variety of risks, ensuring that clients consistently benefit from the best possible coverage and price.
Joe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Olivet College before joining Arlington/Roe as an Assistant Commercial Lines Underwriter in 2018. Two years later, Joe advanced into the role of Commercial Binding Underwriter where he remained until joining CRC Group in June 2022. Known as a collaborative partner, clear communicator, and avid learner, Joe’s team and clients appreciate his willingness to help, share information, and seek out deeper knowledge when new challenges arise. He truly enjoys the process of helping insureds improve their risk management by protecting their assets with solid insurance coverage.
Joe, his fiance Emily, and daughters Scarlett and Annalise, make their home in the Albion, Michigan area. Outside the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, golf, and restoring classic cars.
