With over 26 years of industry experience, Erica first began her career journey by studying to be a Nursing Assistant. During that time, she found her true calling in the insurance industry. With prior roles at Pacific International Underwriters and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Insurance, Erica excels in marketing, underwriting, client presentations, and agency management. Her dynamic approach and interpersonal skills have earned her respect from both colleagues and retail agents. Erica also holds a CIC designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
Beyond her professional achievements, Erica's proudest accomplishment lies in raising her three daughters and witnessing the positive impact they are making. Erica dedicates her free time to volunteering with Treehouse, a non-profit organization supporting youth in foster care. She also loves true crime, paddle boarding, cycling, cooking, watercolor painting, and reading. Erica shares her home with her vocal husky-lab, Kona.
