Cam Le

Cam Le is the Managing Director of National Strategy and Growth with CRC Group where he is responsible for developing and executing strategy that fosters sustainable growth and continuity across the organization. 

Cam will leverage his extensive industry experience and collaborative approach to work with offices nationwide, identify strategic trading partners, manage succession planning, and drive key initiatives. With more than 17 years in the insurance industry, Cam’s career trajectory reflects a commitment to servant leadership and excellence. His prior roles spanned from liability claims adjusting and underwriting excess casualty to business development and key client management. During his tenure with Markel, Cam led the Mid-South region’s business development efforts, spearheading all strategic growth initiatives for the region’s retail and wholesale distribution as well as the Client Executive initiative focused on key accounts and cross-selling opportunities.

Cam holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Texas A&M Commerce.  He makes his home in Rockwall, Texas with his wife Jillian, and their two daughters. They have a passion for adoption and international charity work. They also enjoy family time, sports, or other outdoor activities together.
