Karen Jones is an Underwriting Team Leader with CRC’s San Antonio, Texas office.

She brings nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Since joining CRC in December 2024, she has thrived in a supportive environment, focusing on building strong relationships with agents and providing timely, effective solutions. Karen has been recognized with multiple awards for sales achievements and is now focused on mastering brokerage markets and growing a strong portfolio.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, Dwight, their two daughters, and four grandchildren. She loves reading, watching movies, and travel.
