ABOUT CATHERINE

Catherine “Cate” Craddock is an Inside Broker based in CRC Group’s Dallas Tollway office. Since joining CRC Group in January 2025, she has focused on delivering tailored solutions for complex property risks by collaborating closely with retail clients and underwriting partners. Cate is known for her communication, consistency, and reliability—strengths that enable her to navigate challenging placements and provide thoughtful, responsive service. She is committed to cultivating strong professional relationships and addressing complex coverage challenges to deliver customized solutions that align precisely with each client’s unique risk profile and objectives.

Cate graduated from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, completing the Professional Selling and Sales Management track and minoring in Communication. She holds a Texas Property and Casualty License and specializes in property-driven risks, including habitational, manufacturing, builders risk, agriculture, LROs, warehouses, contractors equipment, and oil and gas. Her industry focus areas include Property, Builders Risk, and Inland Marine. Outside of work, Cate volunteers with Boathouse in Tyler, Texas, is passionate about mentoring and developing others, and enjoys running, pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
